Rob Ford stencil

I made this stencil during the 2010 election, and painted it for the first time a few days after Ford won.  I didn't want to make fun of his weight or call him stupid, but I did want to tweak him and provoke angst in the general public.

Disclaimer: I did not do any of the writing in these photos.

This was the very first graffiti portrait of Rob Ford anywhere, at Queen and Dovercourt:

The gravy boats were H's idea, but they didn't last long either.

The stencils were picked up in some of the local blogs:

There was also a blurb in the Saturday, January 22nd print edition of the National Post.

Interactive art exhibit

A guerilla exhibit that I made for Nuit Blanche 2010.  With the help of some good friends I put one in each zone.  The locations were:

1. Bay and Yorkville
2. Yonge and Gerrard
3. Queen and Ossington

The button didn't do anything.

Lightswitch stencil

Torontoist: "This simple, life-size stencil of a lightswitch gives passersby a delightful (and false) sense of control over their environment."

Painter versus bow

I designed the painter stencil way back in 2003, but didn't make use of it until recently.

This was part of a 'beef' we had with some friendly street artists.  Unfortunately the building (Edmond Place in Parkdale) was finished, so they removed the plywood just a few hours later.

Also seen in Priceless.

Post no bills go to Vancouver

I remade the bills from scratch and got them up in one spot near Granville.  Not sure how long they lasted.
